  1. A twenty percent deposit is required within seven days of booking.
  2. The remainder of the balance is required eight weeks prior to your arrival, or within ten days, if your booking is within eight weeks of your arrival date.

Conditions
  1. The lead party member will be sent confirmation details within forty eight hours of booking.
  2. Please note, all booking fees are non returnable.
  3. Occupancy is for a maximum of four persons plus one cot if needed, per appartment
  4. We the proprietors, will make every effort to ensure that your stay with us is both safe and enjoyable. However we will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury, arrising from the use of any part of the properties,or flight delays,or cancelations of the apartment. Please ensure that you have full and proper insurance cover, for personal injury, and for goods belonging to any party member.
  5. It is strongly advised that you book your travel tickets and travel insurance at the same time that you forward your deposit to us.
